Host An International High School Student! In March 2008, I accepted a position as an International Coordinator for the Metro Atlanta Area for Aspect Foundation. This non-profit organization places international high school students into American homes for periods of 1 semester or 1 academic year. As a study abroad student myself, I know the difference a semester abroad had on my life and how I look at this world. Cultural exchanges create better understandings as there is much to learn from each other - just as there are many wonderful memories to be made as a result! We are accepting host family applications NOW(!!!) for the upcoming school year! These teens pass English language requirements and are some of the most outgoing students you will ever meet. It's amazing to think that around the age of 16, they are going to the other side of the world to spend a year learning the American culture and way of life.
